What started in 1999 as an annual meeting of Cameroonian students from all over Germany can now be called “Niedersachsens biggest basketball event with a multicultural and integration background”.

Last May, about 200 players of all ages and various levels divided in 16 teams from Germany, France and Belgium, played hard in order to win the trophy. They met as a huge family, who despite the long season wanted to celebrate their favorite sport.
Our Baskamerun-team was very busy taking care of more than 1000 people including the players, the audience and those at the after-show party. It was an honor for us to satisfy each of our guest because the players as well as the audience and the guests at the party are the heart of our events.
The B-BALL-DAY will also take part in 2008
but this time around with a particular highlight:
Baskamerun is celebrating its 10th anniversary Basketball-show in Hannover!!!
There will be more teams and players, a better level,a stronger competition,a small prelude for the younger players and the ladies,lotteries, raffles and give-aways for the audience,more DJ´s for an uncredable atmosphere inside the sports hall and also later during the after-show party, performances from musicians, cheerleaders and dance-crews...
And last but not least, the 10 years BASKAMERUN and B-BALL-DAY birthday cake!!!!
We did it before, we'll do it again!
And we'll do it bigger than ever!
